why now?

Why Flooring Capital Development Corporation Now?

Gaps along Dalton's housing continuum have currently resulted in tangible losses for our beloved town. Many employees who make up our top economic drivers choose not to live in Whitfield County. Greater Dalton is missing opportunities for growth because people don't have a place to lay their heads. This hurdle in development has civic, educational, and economic implications for today and Dalton's future.
